Creators retain ownership of their original artwork and designs. By uploading content you grant D-Talk a license to display that content on the platform, provide previews, enable brand customization, and process orders. 6. Payments & financial data
We use third-party payment providers to process transactions. We hold payments on the platform until fulfillment milestones are met (e.g., sample approval, bulk production). We do not store full card details on our servers — payment providers handle sensitive financial data.
